(obvious in Shark when it assigns samples to comments, etc).
I'll raise a bug, but it would be useful to know if this is known
about, or whether I should be looking at what exactly it is about my
system that's screwing it up. Also any known workaround would be
good to know!
Is it possible that you have mixed line endings, e.g. a stray CR in a
LF-line-ending file?
