Xcode 3.1 class model custom paper size

How to set custom paper size (e.g. height 88cm and width 130cm) for the
class model in XCode 3.1 to print out the large diagram?

To set or create a custom paper size for example for a web page in Safari 3.1.2
select File--> Print...-->Paper Size --> ManageCustom sizes (c.f. Mac Help).

Unfortuntely for the class model in XCode 3.1 selecting File-- >Print... shows
neither Paper Size nor Orientation option in the printer dialogue in Xcode 3.1.
The operating system version is 10.5.4.
