I am trying to load a 2.x NIB that has a RBSplitView added to it with
an IB2 plug-in.
Despite having an IB3 plug-in for RBSplitView, IB3 will not open the
NIB, saying it was unable to resolve the plug-in dependency.

Is there anyway to convert a NIB like this, or do I have to rebuild it
from scratch? Has anyone else run into this type of conversion issue?
