Xcode 3.1 - Duplicate DocSets (that aren't)

When I go to the Documentation Set Information window for any of my Docsets, the 'Duplicates' tab tells me that it has found duplicate versions, but only one version is listed and it is the same path as the one mentioned in the Summary tab.

Known issue or intentional?
