Uninstall 3.1

According to the documentation:

To uninstall Xcode developer tools on the boot volume along with the <Xcode> directory, from a Terminal window type: $ sudo <Xcode>/Library/uninstall-devtools --mode=all

But bash says: -bash: Xcode: No such file or directory

I'm sure it's a silly mistake I'm making, but I'm at a loss. Any pointers would be appreciated.
