3.1 errors building against 10.5 sdk

Hi,

New to this list. I checked the archives and see threads re build problems with Xcode 3.1 but nothing that address what I'm seeing.  I apologize in advance if I missed it, in which case someone just reply with CTFA.

If I create a New Cocoa Project in Xcode 3.1 and click build, the build fails with:
/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.5.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks/DictionaryServices.framework/Headers/DictionaryServices.h:81: error: syntax error before 'CTFontRef'

If I then change the SDK setting
"Project->Set Active SDK->Mac OS 10.5 (Project Settings)" to
to
"Project->Set Active SDK->Mac OS 10.4"
the build succeeds.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times using the uninstall instructions in the 3.1 release notes.

Any Ideas on what is wrong or how I can get Xcode to create build-able SDK 10.5 projects?
