Per-architecture exports

  • Subject: Per-architecture exports

Xcode 3.1 provides a convenient way to provide per-architecture variants for most build settings… but not Exported Symbols File. This is rather unfortunate, since the symbols one needs to export for an Objective-C class are different in the 64-bit runtime. This can be worked around by using Other Linker Flags, but that’s a bit inelegant. Why can’t this setting be specified per-architecture? (Also, is there a way to preprocess the symbol file to achieve the same effect?)
