Can't debug Cocoa Application unit test

After getting a Foundation Tool tutorial project that can debug a OCUnit test working, I decided to create a Cocoa Application project of my own that includes a unit test.

I have things set up so the unit test will run for the application, however, I am unable to successfully set breakpoints and debug the test code. I've gone through the settings for all the targets, and executables in the two projects and compared them. I cannot find anything that would account for why the Foundation Tool can debug its unit test and the Cocoa Application cannot.

What should I look at that could offer insight into how I can debug the Cocoa Application unit test?
