I am trying to debug a command-line tool that I want to run in the debugger and that needs command-line options passed in. I've searched the documentation and lists, but I haven't figured out how to pass in command-line arguments when running or debugging applications developed under Xcode 3.0.

Select "Edit Active Executable" from the Project menu in Xcode. You'll find arguments in the second tab of the inspector.
