While many Xcode engineers hang out on this list, and do our best to
help those who post, we do so voluntarily (i.e. not as a part of our
official duties at Apple). If you want to be sure that the proper
people read your request, you should file it at
<http://bugreporter.apple.com>. Every single report made there is read
and routed to the appropriate engineer.

Don't worry, you don't sound like you're complaining. Being explicit
about feature requests or bug reports is the best policy.
