Can't copy packing into package

I have a small package/bundle file "mydata.mytype" that is a folder
hierarchy which appears as a single file. I am trying to make this show up
in my app's package PlugIn folder.
I have created a Copy Files build step, but Xcode does not seem to like the
fact that it is a bundle and not a file.
Ideas?
