You must have done an archive-install of the OS at some point, and your default SDK path is somehow pointing to the one inside a moved-aside system. This old SDK looks like it's the wrong architecture for your hardware.

Not sure why this would be happening to multiple projects. I suspect you might be running the old copy of Xcode also from /Previous Systems. Make sure to launch the copy in /Developer/Applications. Then do "Project Settings..." in each project and make sure the SDK is set correctly.
