Occasional Internal Error--Uncaught Exception

From time to time (once a week or so), I get an Uncaught Exception
error while debugging. I haven't detected any pattern to these
occurrences and I haven't been able force the error.
For the latest one I got the following console message:

It's easy enough to ignore these but I would like to understand what's
going on.
