Despite that, such discussion is still off topic for this mailing list
as Thomas noted. This is an Xcode mailing list, not Cocoa-dev. Though
I'm sure Cocoa-dev will be happy to tell you that discussion that is
on the border as much as this question's answers would be is generally
frowned upon.
There are other forums of dicussion, Arnab, where the NDAs aren't so
strictly observed in regards to helping people with their problems and
such. Apple's own developer mailing lists isn't one of them, but there
are a good number of places if you look.

Hi All,

No, but I can suggest some good tutorials on reading Non-Disclosure
Agreements, and mailing-list guidelines.

I fail to see, why the question of the OP can somehow fall under any
NDA.
1. The existence of the iPhone Beta 8 SDK has been
announced to the public by several means.
- I received an announcement from Apple by e-mail.
- VersionTracker and others list it also.
2. There is a list of tutorials and learning videos
at <http://developer.apple.com/iphone/>. This
list is public, I mean you can see it without
login.
So, I am 100% sure, that we may each other point each other to any
list of tutorials on how to program the iPhone, without violation of
the NDA. My understanding is, that we may not refer to, or cite any
content of said tuting materials.
My answer to Thomas Davies: Please think before writing.
My answer to Arnab Ganguly: Have a look at <http://developer.apple.com/iphone/
>. In order to access the offered material, you need to login first.
However, if you have detailed questions on the contents of it, you
need ask your question to a closed (non-public) mailing list (sorry,
but I forgot the address).
Best regards
Rolf Jansen
