Advantages to using Xcode 3 format over Xcode 2.4?

  • Subject: Advantages to using Xcode 3 format over Xcode 2.4?

Are there any advantages to using the Xcode 3 format for a project over the older Xcode 2.4 format for new projects?

I'm porting a couple of applications that do not use IB or anything particularly Mac OS X specific, and I'm curious whether I'm better off using the older 2.4 format for backwards compatibility, or if starting out with Xcode 3 format is going to buy me anything.

Thanks,

- Terry
