That seems to be the general list consensus (at least
the don't know how) part, as my similar question last
month
(http://www.cocoabuilder.com/archive/message/xcode/2008/2/2/19227)
also went unanswered.

I've filed a feature request rdar://problem/5782834.
If something like statically-linkable frameworks is
indeed a missing Xcode feature that more people would
like to have, adding your votes/ideas/scenarios might
be helpful.
