Question about Header Search Paths

Hi,

Are the Xcode Header Search Paths walked in the order they were provided?

That is to say... if I put both and "/usr/local/include/foo" and "/ usr/include/foo" as header search paths (in that order) will /usr/ local/include/foo be searched before /usr/include/foo?

Ditto for library search paths?
