Copying build product from one project to another?

  • Subject: Copying build product from one project to another?

I'm working on a prefs pane that controls a background agent. The agent is written as a Carbon application, so the build product is a bundle. I want to package the agent as a resource within the prefs pane's bundle, and I want the whole thing to build out-of-the-box from the prefs pane's project. The two projects are side-by-side in the same directory, but otherwise share nothing.

So, I figure I should add the agent project to the prefs project as a dependency, and then add the build result somehow...but I'm unclear as to how i would do that. I also don't know what the best place is, within the prefs pane's bundle, for the agent's bundle.

Could someone please educate me (or point me to the doc that talks about how to do this)?

Thanks!
