Furthermore, this is a general pattern with Xcode 3.  Many menus that used
to have several distinct items in earlier Xcode versions have been merged
into a single menu-item that mutates with different modifier keys.  Some
hierarchical menus may also have undergone this change, but no example
springs to mind.

So if you don't see a specific menu-item, find a similar menu-item and
fiddle with the modifier keys to see what happens.
