Weird Xcode alert

Hi All,

When I work with a project, that combines objective C and C++ code, pretty often I get this cocoa-related alert and the only choice I have is to quit and load Xcode again. Why do I get it? Should I avoid some action? Should I set something:

My configuration: Xcode 3.1, 10.5.2. Project settings: SDK 10.5. I just tried to run the debugger (opened the run menu and this happened)
Did it happened for somebody else?
