Missing the possibility to set key bindings for certain operations

I've looked for key bindings for the following items/functions without
success. Can anyone enlighten me?

The function menu:
http://developer.apple.com/documentation/DeveloperTools/Conceptual/XcodeUserGuide/Contents/Resources/en.lproj/03_03_editing_editor_window/chapter_22_section_2.html
I know it's possible to get here by pressing "ctrl + 2", but it isn't
documented anywhere - and you cannot edit that shortcut.

Search for current selection in selection in help documentation: Xcode
let's you jump to definition (either through the menus, or by command
double-clicking a symbol). It would be very nice if it could let me
assign a key binding that opens up the help window and searches for
the current selection (or expanding left and/or right from where the
insertion point is atm). This is possible by alt + double-clicking
today, but afaik there's no key binding for this?

Regards
Mattias
