Default Parent Directory for New Projects

  • Subject: Default Parent Directory for New Projects

Hi,

I like to keep all of my Xcode project directories under ~/Sources/.

Xcode does remember the previous directories where projects have been created, thus allowing me to create new projects under ~/Sources/ by selecting from the drop down. This feature is fine, but I'm wondering if there is a way to set that directory as a default, so that I don't have to choose it every time.

I can't seem to find anything in the User Guide or the Expert Preference Notes. A quick google search didn't turn up anything, either.

I assume that the answer to my question is "No," but I thought that I'd ask on the off chance that someone knows something that I don't.

Cheers,
Jason
