I had previously performed dual Xcode installations which I've since uninstalled (both installations), restarted the system, and have gone back to a single Xcode 3.0 install. One lingering problem is that Xcode is still looking for header files to index in the old Xcode install directory (i.e. in logs I am seeing entries for each header along the lines of 'Unable to index /Developer30/SDKs/ MacOSX10.5.sdk/usr/include/sys/kauth.h: No such file or directory') Any pointers which config file(s) is/are hanging on to this old location information?

Open the project inspector and hit the "Rebuild Code Sense Index" button.
