Failed to launch simulator: Operation failed with underlying error -43.

Hi,

when wanting to start iPhone simulator 2.1 from xCode 3.1.1 (Darwin mac 9.5.0) I get:

"Error from Debugger: Failed to launch simulator: Operation failed with underlying error -43."

What could be the reason?
