Hi all,

A recent Xcode added a GUI editor for plist files. It's quite nice,
except when you save it removes all comments and whitespace. :(

Is there a way to tell Xcode to never use this GUI editor? (I've
discovered you can right-click and do 'Open as plain text file', but I'd
like that to be the permanent behaviour.)

Thanks,

Xcode Preferences > File Types :

Search file > text > text.plist in the tree and change the default editor.
