Hi Harald,

Our extension loads fine on 10.5 without restart, but 10.4 requires reboot.

PackageMaker does not appear to have a facility to make reboot version dependent. Can anybody suggest a work around?

You might want to try the archives of the Installer-dev list for previous discussions:

http://search.lists.apple.com/?q=OS+version&cmd=Search!&form=extended&m=all&ps=10&fmt=long&wm=wrd&wf=2221&sp=1&ul=Installer-dev

The folks on that list may have more expertise than the ones here.

Chris
