Check the system logs in Console.app. Recurring crashes can be caused
by such problems as a bad
disk, or other hardware causing intermittent failure.

Upgrade to XCODE 3.1.2 did not resolve this issue.
It crashes with the same behavior.
I have try trash prefs and cache, restore permissions.
This not helps.
Any hint ?
