Just wanted to add:
Spotlight didn't look in my /System/Library folder when I was searching for
files with .ibplugin extension. I didn't know of this limitation of Spotlight.
The solution to re-include the plugin into IB's Library is go into
Preferences > Plugins and add the following framework:
/Systems/Library/OSAKit.framework

Hi,
Does anyone know why these are no longer included with Xcode 3.1.1. ?
It contained a nice OSAScriptView and a OSAScriptController.
I could not find anything in the accompanying PDF file's Deprecation
Note section.
Also it appears that the Automator plugin is also gone...
