Ok, i will try to file one.
I might have found a work around that at least "seems" to work (i am checking the free memory periodically). Instead of "Build and Go", i manually copy the application to the Simulator after i "Build".
Let me see if this works at least till end of the day :-(

log message is a red herring, and isn't related to other problems that
you may be having.
That said, any time you see Xcode hang, please file a bug at
<http://bugreport.apple.com/> and be sure to include a sample of Xcode
taken during the hang.
