"RA layer request failed" error messages

I am having troubles with an svn project of mine. I am unable to view its contents through the Repositories window (SCM > Repositories). When I click on my project, I get these two errors:

Error: 175002 (RA layer request failed) Description: REPORT request failed on '<account address>' Error: 175002 (RA layer request failed) Description: REPORT of '<account address>': Could not parse response status line. (<server_address>)

Here, <account address> is of the form "myusername@server_address:port#/path_to_repository".

I am able to check out the project, but an SCM Error box is constantly popping up with these same error messages. I am also unable to see anything in the SCM Results tab.
