No, that's not what I'm saying, although it's clear I didn't express
myself very well. I used "system" as a shorthand for non-project. I do
believe that project headers should not be generally be pre-compiled,
as they tend to change often and will lead to slower compile times
over the long run, when a change triggers a recompile of the pch file.
