Even if it is, you should file a bug report (http:// bugreport.apple.com/). You've got a good description, a minimal test case, and you can zip a minimal project directory that exhibits the problem. Apple may not have had such a report. It can only help.

How you work around it, on the other hand, is something I'd like to hear from the list.
