Well, I was more thinking along the lines of having some software to generate projects based on a given configuration.
It is sometimes a pain to get everything right when arranging a new project, and I haven't seen any possibility to add custom templates to New Project.

The later is (semi-?) supported. Search for "xcode project template" or "xcode custom project template" in google.
