IMO, it will almost impossible for anyone to figure out what you did, plus the iPhone SDK is still under NDA.
If your app is simple just rebuild it. Build a new app from a template and copy your source files and any other files you may have modified from the originals over to the new project.
If you really, really, really want to know what you did wrong then after you have the new project working compare it to your broken project.
