Moving Xcode Projects

Forgive me if there is an obvious answer to this question...

I understand it's a real pain to rename projects (I wish Apple would put a little utility somewhere to make that easier).

But what happens if I just move the entire project's directory (the directory which contains the .xcodeproj bundle) to a different place on the file system? Do I have to make any adjustments then?
