HTML coloring and folding works. But the ihtml files (many) that
were in my
project before I set up the ihtml definition are all still shown as

text.
I could get my coloring by deleting all the ihtml file references in

way? Can I somehow coax Xcode to regenerate its file-type metadata

from the file-system file names?
Try this: Select the old .ihtml files (all of them -- use shift- or
command- click), and do a Get Info on them (the blue Info button in
the toolbar, or command-I). General tab, File Type: popup, select
text.ihtml.
