I would be careful using the word "fallacious", especially when you're stating what amounts to a differing preference.

Because as I mentioned in my last message, what I want to do is be able to visualize all the source files of all dependencies. In other words, I want to "live" in a single project window... I don't want to keep a project window for each dependency open. Visual Studio does this with ease, because their design allows the top-level solution to show each project file. I consider this a matter of convenience, which is why I said that Xcode is not convenient, in this sense.
