Hi,

I'm having the same problem as some other poeple with Xcode 3.x and Subersion 1.5.0. I've installed the macports version of Subversion and I've overridden the symlinks in /usr/lib as per some instructions I found on this mailing list. Everything works now except commits. When I try and commit I get an error like:

Error 210007 (Cannot negotiate authentication mechanism) Description: Commit failed (details follow): Error 210007 (Cannot negotiate authentication mechanism) Description: (null)

I read on another site the the macports version of the subversion client had a problem like this as well and fixed it according to these instructions:

http://pjkix.com/journal/2008/06/24/macports-subversion-15-ssh-sasl/

I tested the commandline client and made sure that I could at least commit there and I can. I am using the svn+ssh method of accessing my repository.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Rom
