My First cocoa....

I am using Image Kit and building the sample project in the Inmage Kit Programming Guide:

And have some questions:

(A) Setting Up Project : Step 11:  What do they really want typed here?

I put , into Controller.h:
@interface MyImageView : IKImageView
{
IBOutlet IKImageView * mImageView;
IBOutlet NSWindow * mWindow;
NSDictionary * mImageProperties;
NSString * mImageUTType;
}
@end

(B) Creating the User Interface : Step 2 : File > Synchronize? IB 3.1?


(C) Creating the User Interface : Step 3 : The window icon is not in my ManiMenu.nib file as opened in Step 1. Should it be?
