Open 2 file simultaneously

Hi,

I installed Xcode 3.1.1 on top of 3.1. Now I can't get 2 files opened for editing simultaneously. When I double-click on the file in the project it replaces the content of the editing window with the file, that was there previously. How do I get them open both in different windows? Is there a property that should be set?
