Error on 3.1 doesn't happen on 3.0 (not iPhone)

I use the latest Xcode (3.1.1) for both my Cocoa and iPhone development, but I'm having this problem in a Cocoa-only development project right now, so I hope I can ask.

I get:

Building target “KSLib” of project “KSCondAgent” with configuration “Debug”

File /Users/rmann/<foo>/depot/main/desktop/osx/build/Debug/ Appscript.framework depends on itself. This target might include its own product.

I'm having a pretty hard time figuring out exactly what's wrong. There is an Applescript framework project, referenced by the KSCondAgent project, and it builds correctly. I tried to enclose a screenshot of the Targets view, but it was too big.

Any ideas what's wrong? This exact same set of projects builds fine under 3.0
