XCode <-> TextWrangler undesired interaction

  • Subject: XCode <-> TextWrangler undesired interaction

Hi,

Whenever I go to build in XCode 3.1.2, if I have any unsaved buffers in TextWrangler, XCode asks me if I want to save them.

The thing is, I don't use TextWrangler for coding, I don't have it configured as an external editor, and none of the files that are open has *ANYTHING* to do with the XCode project. It's typically asking me if I want to save my grocery list before I compile. :-P

I did a little searching in the archives, and it looks like this problem has been reported since XCode 1.5 at least.

Is there any way to fix or work around this issue?

Thanks,
--Mike
