AudioQueue Error, Result Code -66626

I am being stymied with an error upon calling "AudioQueueOfflineRender". The error, result = -66626. I cannot find this error documented in the Audio Queue Services Reference or any other Core Audio document. A Google search also was of no help. Can someone please enlighten me or point me to the appropriate reference?
