It is easy, but there is a little magic :-)

Anyways, I think it has less to do with technology than workflow. Having multiple people commit the same project.pbxproj in active development into a SCM repository has always been a bit cumbersome ... at least for me. Although I know other people (maybe extreme programmers?) that like that :-)
