Command-Option-S works too.  I use it whenever refactoring modifies multiple files, because I've noticed if I don't and try to refactor again, sometimes Xcode crashes.

Yeah, experimenting with the Option key sometimes turns up handy features.  I'd guess the most commonly used example of Option modifying a menu is the Dock, where it changes "Hide" and "Quit" to "Hide Others" and "Force Quit".  I just now discovered it modifies some items in the Window menu.  In the Safari contextual menu I believe it *used* to change "Download Linked File" to "Download Linked File As..." (no longer, as both items are in the current contextual menu).  I'm sure there are other examples I'm not thinking of right now.
