I think you're missing the point. You might find someone who's willing
to answer Cocoa questions here, but you'll get more and better help
from a list that's dedicated to Cocoa. When someone suggests a more
appropriate list, they're trying to help you. Acting as if they're
being unreasonable or easily offended is a poor way to thank them for
the help.
