Use GCC_PREPROCESSOR_DEFINITIONS instead of OTHER_CFLAGS.

Example, in my debug configurations I'll sometimes have

	GCC_PREPROCESSOR_DEFINITIONS = FOO_DEBUG=1

to get a flag that can be tested at compile time.
