Question about Architecture setting in Xcode 3.0

  • Subject: Question about Architecture setting in Xcode 3.0

Hello everyone,

I started working on a Xcode project initiated by someone else, I noticed the build size is kinda huge, I looked in Xcode Targets(Release) and see the Architecture is (ppc i386) but when I look in Project setting I see the architecture is i386( that I want it, I want support only Intel machines). I tried to change the settings in Release to i386 only,  but there is no option available to set it there, it shows only 32-bit/64-bit  options for selection also all "add pre-architecture setting for" in bottom-left corner of Release info window are disable. Also I played with Deployment  option in xconfig , didn't have any success. Can someone please give me a hint/ idea how could fix this?

I use Mac OS X 10.5.6
Xcode 3.0
GCC version is 4.0.1

TIA,
Nima
