Thanks Nick,

I never thought of the Breakpoint record as being the culprit. Went to the Run > Show > Breakpoints, and there they were. Deleted them, and no more warnings.

Breakpoints are stored in the per-user project settings files (*.mode* and *.pbxuser), stored inside the .xcodeproj bundle. You could try deleting them, though it might be easier to bring up the breakpoints window and delete the breakpoints from there if they are present.
