Ahhh. The project did not. After some research I figured out how do add it,
and then all was well.

Certainly I have never added that build phase before?! And yet the 1st of
these 2 projects had that build phase in place. Are there cases when Xcode
will create this auto-magically? Like the simple addition of a .r file would
create it? Or was there some other magic that I did in one case and not the
other?
